If you were to open up any electronic device with a circuit board, you’ll see the components are attached using soldering techniques. Soldering is the process of joining two or more electronic parts together by melting solder around the connection. In EE101, we'll cover the basics, such as how solder works and why it creates a strong electrical bond between parts. We'll review the key components, materials, and parts needed to start soldering, and by the end of the 60-minute lesson, you'll have a firm understanding of how to solder as well as how to desolder.

This workshop is a must for any budding electrical engineer. hobbyist tinkerer, or microcontroller enthusiast.
